Please note: these Terms govern use of the Website only. The provision of our solution development, cloud development, and managed services to clients is governed by separate written agreements (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or Service Level Agreement) entered into between ZetaTech and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement prevails with respect to the Services.

1. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable UAE federal or local laws or regulations, or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction;

For the avoidance of doubt, ownership and licensing of intellectual property in software, solutions, and other deliverables we develop for clients are governed exclusively by the applicable services agreement between ZetaTech and the client, not by these Terms.
